Kalina Andrea earned her bachelor's degree in Literacy, Language & Learning from the University of Arizona and has over a decade of experience working with students and children with developmental disabilities. A dedicated team member, Kalina brings a wealth of insight and a unique perspective to organizational growth and vision, drawing from her diverse roles within the organization throughout the years. Her commitment to servant leadership drives her passion for ensuring that no student is left behind and that every individual is valued and remembered. Outside of her professional life, Kalina is happily married and the proud mom of four dogs. She exemplifies compassion, integrity, and a heart for service in everything she does.
